Family farming- a way of life when fighting hunger

Year 2014 was the International Year of Family Farming. Small-scale farming is key in fighting hunger and should be promoted as a production method and a way of life, says Marcela Villarreal, FAO Director of Office for Partnerships, Advocacy and Capacity Development.
