Three ways to fix global food distribution

On our planet, 2,800 calories worth of food are produced per person per day. That is more than enough for everyone to live a healthy life. Food insecurity is not caused by a lack of food as much as a lack of economical and political power, allowing a global market to include the rich as well as the poor.

In this video, Dr Evan Fraser from The University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, presents three ways to correct this food distribution imbalance.
