Arrived in Gaborone, Botswana, this morning with another colleague. We are here to visit a dairy processor who will start to deliver school milk to the government’s feeding programme as soon as the new filling line is installed. The previous supplier went bankrupt and school milk supplies stopped during last year. The new supplier is asking us to support relationship building with the government and hope to convince them to increase supplies from one portion per week to two or more. I cannot help thinking of my own 17-year old son who drinks at least three of those portions, not per week, but per day.
